About Hawkins Motor Group
Hawkins Motor Group is one of Cornwall’s most established and respected family businesses. Representing leading global brands including Peugeot, Citroën, Hyundai, Kia, MG, and Nissan, we operate across nine dealership locations, including St Austell, Indian Queens and Penryn, employing over 250 people across the county.
As we continue to invest in our in-house marketing capability, we are looking for a driven and versatile Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our digital communications and campaigns. This is a key role within an established marketing team, with significant scope for growth and development for the right candidate.
The Role
This is a hands-on and fast-paced role, ideally suited to a confident digital marketer with both creative flair and analytical thinking. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, agency partners, and in-house marketing team to deliver brand-aligned, data-informed marketing activity across multiple platforms, locations, and departments.
You’ll be coordinating and contributing to a team responsible for ensuring all content and campaigns meet manufacturer brand guidelines and support key KPI targets, liaising with brand contacts and partners to stay up to date with model launches, assets, and reporting requirements.
As a key part of a small but agile team, you will need to balance content creation, campaign planning, reporting, and coordination — and enjoy working across a variety of brands and audience types.

Manage content updates across the Hawkins website and support web performance monitoring
-
Use GA4, social platform insights and CRM reporting tools to analyse performance and support monthly reporting
-
Support SEO and PPC activity via our retained agency, including briefing and review of dashboard outputs
Reputation & Customer Journey
-
Maintain Google Business Profiles across all sites, respond to reviews, and support digital reputation management
-
Assist with outbound campaigns, mailers, and lead tracking systems as needed
-
Liaise with our CRM manager to tie our outbound and inbound marketing together
