"I was greeted in a polite and friendly manner. I had opted to wait for the work on my car to be done. I was offered a seat and a coffee while I waited. The work was carried out quickly and I was on my way again very quickly. Great service."

"My Wife and I have been a Honda Owner for over 30 years and Loved the CRV but it was time for a change. We looked at many SUV models and ended up at Hawkins St. Austell. We were welcomed by a salesman called Nick also Mike on the Service desk who gave a nice smile and hello as he introduced himself. The Tucson from Hyundai caught my eye and not long after looking around it I was in a test drive, picked up my wife and we were both impressed with the New SUV. Nick arranged a great Part exchange on our old CRV, he had the perfect N line Sport Tuscon Hybrid with low milage and the next week we are now proud owners of this Hyundai, love the style and tech and it even drives itself in traffic. I wanted to say a Big thankyou to Hawkins for the Amazing service and support, answered every question I had and if they did not know they looked it up. Thankyou Nick, Mike and all the team there. "Brought a 2nd hand car from Hawkins -Blackwater. Had a couple issues with the car, no questions asked everything was fixed under the warranty that they gave with the car. Provided me with a decent loan vehicle. Gavin & Lucy were great in keeping me up to date with the progress of the repair work. This is the 3rd car that me and my wife have purchased from Gavin. When the time comes to change cars again I’ll be going to Hawkins -Blackwater first. Would highly recommend."
